ABOUT ME
Raheli is a blend of many passions. She's a geek, a cosplayer, an animal and environment enthusiast, and a devoted human rights advocate. She also has the spirit of a hobbit and rocks an amazing fro. Like her, this website is a collection of everything she’s passionate about. It showcases the various photography genres she loves, from portrait to wildlife photography, and features ongoing projects like "WE ARE...," a queer initiative that shares the stories and images of LGBTQ+ journeys. This project aims to inspire queer individuals to embrace their true selves and reminds them that they are never alone.
Photography is Raheli’s most powerful form of expression. Her journey began at a young age with a point-and-shoot camera—you know, the kind you had to take to a studio to get developed. Even though it wasn’t her own, it sparked something inside her. During university, she was fortunate enough to get her hands on a Nikon D50. This camera, Lexy, pushed her to grow as a photographer and to appreciate the craft. She learned that a “good” camera isn’t necessary to take a great picture and that she didn’t need to confine herself to one style of photography. To her, photography is art driven by the heart, and that’s exactly what this website embodies.
When she’s not behind the camera, Raheli retreats to her shire, surrounded by books and her beloved cats (Patches, Stitch, Gumball, and Luffy—RIP Poe) and dogs (Foxy, Loki, and Shadow). She’s a bit shy, so if you see her in the wild, don’t hesitate to say hi (or give her photos a like)—she’ll be very grateful.
WELCOME TO THE MADNESS!!
